Σχοινί τροχαλίας για εκγύμναση τρικεφάλων αλλά και πολλαπλές ασκήσεις για την εκγύμναση ώμων και πλάτης. Κατασκευασμένο από πυκνές υφαντές ίνες νάιλον, μέγιστης ανθεκτικότητας.
Οι λαβές είναι κατασκευασμένες από καουτσούκ για σταθερό αντιολισθητικό κράτημα και η κεφαλή κρεμάσματος είναι ατσάλινη.
