Dumbbell weighing 5 kg, with weights made of solid rubber, highly durable, to protect the floor from damage. It has an ergonomic handle and a hexagonal shape to prevent slipping. It allows for a variety of exercises, mainly of the upper body, arms, chest and back, ideal for beginners and advanced users.
