Bendable training and strengthening bar for chest, arms (biceps-triceps) and upper body. Offers 30kg weight resistance. It has specially shaped ergonomic handles for an easy and comfortable grip as well as special bindings for the wrists, to avoid injuries or slipping from the hands. You simply bend the bar in multiple ways and get a targeted upper body workout.
