The push up board features 2 push up exercise handles and 10 different positions in which they snap to train a separate muscle group. They offer the ideal support to achieve greater immersion and help you to properly train and complete chest, shoulder, and triceps press exercises, while contributing to the prevention of possible injury from poor posture during exercise. They feature a non-slip handle and protective floor mats.
