According to Xiaomi's official forum, Android 9.0 (Pie) based on MIUI Global Stable ROM has started rolling out to Redmi Note 5 Pro owners in India. The new update comes as MIUI 10.3.1.0.PEIMIXM and is around 1.6GB in size. In addition to Android 9.0, it also brings Google's May security code. The update also brings Dark Mode and a new charging animation.
The update is rolling out in phases and may take some time to appear on your device.
